Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In its original packaging
* With all original tags attached
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

1. Email Nemoir-help@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Pack your return securely.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
